Strengthening reinforced concrete against depression with carbon-fiber plastic anchors

    The problem of reinforcement deficiency is widespread. A lack of vertical reinforcement leads to compression of the floor slab. Errors both in the design and in the work process are a possible cause.

  •  Locate existing reinforcement
  • Drill holes at a 45-degree angle (the number and spacing of rods are determined by calculation)
  • Clear holes of dust

  • Fill holes 50% with FibArm Resin epoxy compound
  • Cure for 20-30 minutes

  • Adhere FibArm carbon anchors
  • Cure for 30-40 minutes
  • Caulk holes

As a result of slab or coating strengthening, we get:

  • Strengthening due to an increase in the pyramid by more than 2 times
